Need to lose your extra pounds? Take a sheet of paper and try to list some good resolutions. If possible, schedule a napping session every day. 20 to 30 minutes per day is enough - the Japanese and Chinese do it, so why not you? If you visit a factory or office in Japan or China, don't be surprised to see a secretary, accountant or worker sleeping at their desk. Napping in these societies is a daily ritual. It makes it possible recharge your physical and mental batteries! Obviously, resting is better for you that stuffing your face with chocolate or crisps! Take some time out! A little nap does you the world of good! If you decide to nap in the office, tell your colleagues first! And don't forget your pillow!
